How to book an activity / package — Step by step

  1. Find an activity or package
    Browse and select any activity or package you like.

  2. Open the activity page
    Click the activity/package — a new page opens showing: images, information, itinerary, what’s included/excluded, FAQ, reviews and map. (Booking form is on the right side.)

  3. Start booking
    Scroll down a little and click Book.

  4. Choose date & people

    • Select the date.

    • Set number of people: Adult / Child / Infant.

    • Click Book Now.

  5. Fill booking details
    A booking submission page opens. Fill in all required fields (name, phone, email, address, etc.).

    • On the right side there is a field for Coupon code — enter it if you have one.

  6. Select payment method
    Choose a payment method (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Netbanking, EMI). The page will show the full amount plus any payment gateway fee if applicable.

  7. Confirm and submit

    • Tick the terms/checkbox.

    • Click Submit.

  8. Pay

    • After submit, click Pay Now.

    • Payment gateway opens — complete the payment. (All charges shown; applicable gateway fees apply.)

  9. After payment

    • Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

    • Booking is done on your side.

  10. We will contact you
    Our team will get in touch using the contact details you provided. Make sure your name, phone number and email are correct — otherwise we cannot contact you.

Important notes

  • The payment gateway will display the payment provider name and parent company: ITS Logo / kolkata city tour. Parent company: Impression Tourism Services (India) Pvt. Ltd.

  • All payment gateway fees and bank/EMI charges are payable by the customer and will be shown before you confirm payment.

  • Keep your screenshot of the payment confirmation until you receive final booking communication from our team.

Weekend & holiday bookings — How we handle?

  • If you book between Saturday 5:30 PM to Monday 10:30 AM, don’t worry — our executive will contact you on Monday during working hours (10:30 AM — 6:30 PM IST) to share full booking details. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST), and Saturday, 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM (IST).

  • If you book on a national holiday, our office will process and share details when the office reopens.

  • If your booking time window spans outside office hours (for example 6:30 PM to 10:30 AM), we will share the booking details after 10:30 AM on the next working day.
